Over the George Washington Bridge

Yesterday morning we went out for a bike ride to test out my new build. That's my boyfriends Ridley Helium Silence-Lotto team frame with Zipps and Sram Red and my Surley Pacer with my new Sram Force group. Getting on a road bike after only riding a track bike for six months is a strange sensation - I kept peddling slower instead of using the brakes. I eventually got the hang of it and we were able to cover some ground. We started in the East Village and headed up the west side to do the Central Park loop. Upon entering the park at 108th Street we hit a wall of people running in a race. Plan B and back up River Side Drive and over the George Washington Bridge. This is the view from the New Jersey side.
