Awesome, awesome, awesome pizza.
This is what I ate for dinner tonight - an authentic Neapolitan pizza from Keste. This is the special pie. They call the Burrata which is a fresh Italian cheese made from mozzarella and cream. The cheese on this pizza was flown in from Italy. Our server also told me that burro means butter in Italian. And let me tell you, it is no coincidence that the name of this classic delight shares the same roots as butter. The Burrata is where it's at.
